Was there Thursday and have one word; JOCELYN! Midland needs her back!!! I ordered 2 combos with fries & Root beer in carhop & well I was disappointed, didn't even get my mug.. long story Short Jocelyn made this Preggo ladies day by IMMEDIATELY correcting my order! She was Great
Came here after spending the day at Dow Gardens. Hadn't been to a A&W in years and used to love it. Cashier was extremely quiet and couldn't answer any questions about the combo size. Ordered chili cheese fries and they came out with no chili. Same cashier came over to our table and was rude about the whole ordeal when the order was very clearly taken wrong. Very disappointing experience from a place I used to love. Maybe it's just this location? Either way will not be heading...read full review
