I went thru drive thru they answered saying I could order. I ordered and no one said a word I waited patiently, I drove to the window only to be ignored. Then as I was driving by I saw a couple people watching me through the window laughing.

10 min for two hot dogs and the owner has 2 people running the whole restaurant
They close at 8, went in at 7:20 and they said they can’t cook anything other than fries because they were cleaning the grill for the night.What a lazy joke, I would never deny someone food 40 mins before closing. That’s just down right lazy.. I hope the manager didn’t okay this. (Say your closing at 7:20 if that’s when you shut the grill off.)CHECK OUT ANY OTHER RESTAURANT IN MIDLAND, it will not be nearly as disappointing.

The last couple of times we came, service was very slow. Seemed like one customer would order & the order prepared before the next customer could order. But tonight we waited in line for close to 40 minutes, were told they were out of ice cream & mushrooms that we'd requested, so we just got the coney dogs, only to get up the window & be informed they couldn't fill our order because they ran out of chili. Really?! Seems poorly managed to say the least.

Terrible service! We went to the Midland A&W on 8-29-22, right around 2 PM. After pressing the intercom button several times and not getting a response, another customer came outside and told us we had to order INSIDE. When we went inside, not only did the employees fail to even acknowledge us, but they never took our order because they were too busy chatting with their buddies! Needless to say we left without ordering, and sorry, but we will never go back there! They need a responsible manager onsite to oversee these young people who clearly have no work ethic!

3 hot dogs and a frie.. Been waiting 20 minutes now.. About to request a refund. Wasted my 30 min break waiting for 3 coney dogs. Smh. Then only got 2 in the bag. The crew working on 8-9-22 @ 2:30 needs to be replaced
