“Service with a smile! From the moment we stepped into the door to the time we left, our experience was awesome. We live a good 15 minutes from this location and by the time we got home to eat, everything was super fresh and still hot. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Kudos to the employees working today around 4ish. Y'all are doing a wonderful job making customers feel welcomed. Thank you for being so kind.“

“Ordered on line for the first time ever. Got home and opened that bag and the oil and vinegar smell from that Italian Sub made me think of the old days of getting a Sub. The smell was great but the taste was even better. The Sub was stacked with meats cheese and the fixings. Darn it was good. Wow !!“

“I went thru the drive-thru last night, weary from a full, hot day in Saginaw. As I was getting off the expressway at the Corunna Rd. exit, I had gotten in an accident (note: not my fault and all is fine) and had just had enough of this day - I wanted Rally's and to go home. First of all, the food was fantastic as always, but this not about the food. This is about Grace - Grace waited on me and since no one was behind me, I told her about my horrible day. So kind, so sweet, she listened to my tale of woe in such a caring way, it brought tears to my eyes. In this world, where you never know who you are going to run into and what hate they may direct at you - I found compassion, a sweet smile, and a gentle heart. I truly needed that! I just wanted to thank you, Grace, you are wonderful. You sent me on my way with a sweet wave and a lighter heart last night!!!“

“This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A. I was very impressed. The food, service, and feeling were excellent. The staff were happy and very pleasant. The speed of receiving my order sets the standard when it comes to fast food. And the quality of the food was without par in the fast food industry.
Because of the reason for my visit, I was treated to a tour by the owner. The process of making your meal is highly structured, ensuring not only the quickness and accuracy in fulfilling your order but also in food safety and freshness. You are not getting served anything that has been sitting around or has been mishandled.
I met a person here for lunch again today. The parking lot was almost completely full, as was the dining room. The drive thru had a line. However, service was still very fast. I have waited a lot longer at fast food places with hardly no traffic. And again, all the staff I interacted with were very courteous and smiling. And of course, the food was suberp. My rating, a 10 out of 5.“

We are doing keto so Arby's is out friend.

They have it together here.

“The cook was very slow at getting people's food out.
The lady that took our order was very friendly and kind her name is Jo Jo it was in the Mason, Michigan restaurant. One lady was very rude to one of the customers that had been waiting for his food for a while, he just ask when it was going to be done and she snapped at him and said it will be done soon, he said that is what you said 5 minutes ago. I did not see who it was just that it was a female.“

“I honestly have to say that I am GREATLY pleased with the manager Tristan!!! They eneded up getting swamped and unfortunately my whole order got messed up. I called and he politely listened to everything I said and made it right IMMEDIATELY!!! He overly understood the assignment and came running like Prince Charming!!! “The staff there is top tier. They have great personalities. The new BOOM BOOM BURGER IS TOP TIER it has onion rings on it with the special BOOM BOOM SAUCE AS WELL that’s to die for. It’s a downfall. They closed this location down for w.e reason has opened it back up 2026 but yet it needs some major help. It’s hot as devil hell in there. Going to the back where bathrooms is is even hotter has to be at least a good 90 degrees. Front area is a good 70 degrees. So the air is barely working before it had closed the air in there was so cold you would need a coat on. The back area is closed from sitting in. It’s closed off as in they is still making changes which should have been done prior to opening so it wasn’t upgraded at all. I do know the owner son passed recently so that may be a reason for all the stupidity going on because when the original halo burger family owned it wasn’t nothing to complain about. It’s only about 6-8 tables to sit at upfront. Recommend for now going thru the drive thru or getting it to go. I hope they get air soon. This place use to stay packed indoors & drive thru. Was very must empty when I had went recently as in the last few days. But il keep coming here seeing it’s closest location unless im near another one.“

“There were only two people working the store at the time my group came in - Collin and Brittany - and they absolutely killed it. Not only did they keep both drive thru and the front of the store running despite it only being the two of them, but they also did not compromise speed or quality of service. I cannot state enough how incredible the two of them are.“

“They have the meats! Always something good at Arby's. I just tried the steak nuggets....and they where great! I got a 9 piece and had some to share. Everyone who tried them where all blown away. Smokey tender and juicy it was much better than expected. Along with some curly fries and jamoca shake and im a happy man. Other favs. Smoke house Brisket, double roast beef. Potato cakes. There's nothing I dont like here. Service was exceptional and on par.“

“You’ll always be happy with Papa’s. A mix between comfort American food and Coney Island. Great wraps, Pitas, Gyros, Salads and desserts. Their i house made KoolAid is amazing. Love their cookies n cream shake for dessert. I can say, we’ve never had a disappointing or wrong order from Papas.“

“It’s Christmas Eve, our evening plans fell through and I did NOT feel like cooking. The only fast food open at 10 pm was Rally’s. We pulled up to the longest line I think we’ve ever seen. After 30 mins of waiting in line, we’ve placed our order and are at the window. I joked to my husband how much the employees must hate us and I feel terrible. The line was non stop I mean it was lined out of the parking lot the whole time! When I tell you the man at the window ( I wish I would have gotten his name) was beyond nice I mean he was so funny and polite! And apologetic for our wait, which I was not blaming them in the least bit. I made sure to let him know we thought they were doing an amazing job and he told us thank you and hoped we had a merry Christmas! If I was in the situation they were in, I mean they were swamped car after car, I’d be less then enthusiastic. To have someone still so nice and polite and to not make us feel like an inconvenience like I knew we were was just outstanding. I will definitely come back to this location, they have some amazing employees that have a great sense of humor! And to the young man working the drive through Christmas Eve at 10pm YOU NEED A RAISE!!!!“

“It's a swank lil DRIVE THRU with great food for a decent price. I spent less there for 4 of us than at a well known chain fast food place two nights prior. Quality, quantity, and over all expertise was so much better! We will be back again, if we're ever back in the area.“

Wonderful service, quick, easy and smooth! On top of that he made both my buddy and I's day with his positivity and general great attitude + friendliness, spreading love! He recommended I add rice onto a new menu item and was spot on, made it so much better. If he's not a manager already he'd be a great fit!!
