“Visited evening of June 30th.

Excellent food. Got the 18” super steak with mushroom and onion. Get extra cheese, salt you wont regret it. Wife had veggie sub. Grille veggies can be hit or miss. Only regret is not getting the 18”, because she said it was the best veggie sub she’s ever had. 10/10. We were visiting from Iowa and can’t wait to eat there 4-5 times when we’re back in December.

Also, employees working were super friendly and helpful.

“It is definitely hit or miss here. Some visits the staff are extremely friendly and the order is prompt and correct. Other times the staff are rude and ignoring customers and your food and drinks are going to be wrong. It just how fast food is these days. Wish I could say better things, but it's a mixed bag.“

“I went thru the drive-thru last night, weary from a full, hot day in Saginaw. As I was getting off the expressway at the Corunna Rd. exit, I had gotten in an accident (note: not my fault and all is fine) and had just had enough of this day - I wanted Rally's and to go home. First of all, the food was fantastic as always, but this not about the food. This is about Grace - Grace waited on me and since no one was behind me, I told her about my horrible day. So kind, so sweet, she listened to my tale of woe in such a caring way, it brought tears to my eyes. In this world, where you never know who you are going to run into and what hate they may direct at you - I found compassion, a sweet smile, and a gentle heart. I truly needed that! I just wanted to thank you, Grace, you are wonderful. You sent me on my way with a sweet wave and a lighter heart last night!!!“

“Ordered on line for the first time ever. Got home and opened that bag and the oil and vinegar smell from that Italian Sub made me think of the old days of getting a Sub. The smell was great but the taste was even better. The Sub was stacked with meats cheese and the fixings. Darn it was good. Wow !!“

We are doing keto so Arby's is out friend.
Always made great plenty of meat.

The store is clean.
My son and I used to manage burger kings and rallys.

They have it together here.

“My boys and I love the meat-loaded sandwiches here. My daughter and I love the curly fries. With a nice variety, my family is always satisfied. Did I mention the yummy drink selection? Arby's offers delicious drinks to quench your thirst.“

“The cook was very slow at getting people's food out.
The lady that took our order was very friendly and kind her name is Jo Jo it was in the Mason, Michigan restaurant. One lady was very rude to one of the customers that had been waiting for his food for a while, he just ask when it was going to be done and she snapped at him and said it will be done soon, he said that is what you said 5 minutes ago. I did not see who it was just that it was a female.“

“There were only two people working the store at the time my group came in - Collin and Brittany - and they absolutely killed it. Not only did they keep both drive thru and the front of the store running despite it only being the two of them, but they also did not compromise speed or quality of service. I cannot state enough how incredible the two of them are.“

“It’s Christmas Eve, our evening plans fell through and I did NOT feel like cooking. The only fast food open at 10 pm was Rally’s. We pulled up to the longest line I think we’ve ever seen. After 30 mins of waiting in line, we’ve placed our order and are at the window. I joked to my husband how much the employees must hate us and I feel terrible. The line was non stop I mean it was lined out of the parking lot the whole time! When I tell you the man at the window ( I wish I would have gotten his name) was beyond nice I mean he was so funny and polite! I made sure to let him know we thought they were doing an amazing job and he told us thank you and hoped we had a merry Christmas! If I was in the situation they were in, I mean they were swamped car after car, I’d be less then enthusiastic. To have someone still so nice and polite and to not make us feel like an inconvenience like I knew we were was just outstanding. I will definitely come back to this location, they have some amazing employees that have a great sense of humor! And to the young man working the drive through Christmas Eve at 10pm YOU NEED A RAISE!!!!“

“Best Jimmy John’s experience ever. Super friendly, clean staff. Bathrooms were clean and the sandwiches were correct. The bread was fresh. Wish I lived closer to this Jimmy John’s. They even said have a great day when we left.“

“Food is good. Very busy during lunch hour today. Worker’s shirt was filthy dirty. There were so many orders lined up waiting for toppings, one worker was leaning over the other orders trying to get to the toppings. I think they should complete your order before moving on to the next customer. Who knows what is dropping in your food dish. Also the parking lot was strewn with litter everywhere. I ordered take out so I didn’t notice the restaurant seating area. They need to clean it up. Mainly posting this hope management sees this.“

“It's a swank lil DRIVE THRU with great food for a decent price. I spent less there for 4 of us than at a well known chain fast food place two nights prior. Quality, quantity, and over all expertise was so much better! We will be back again, if we're ever back in the area.“

“The orange chicken, broccoli and beef and spring rolls were very good. The chow main noodles were horrible, first time I tried them. I could not eat them. I threw them away... they were very rubbery, dry and tasteless. I will be ordering the fried rice next time it's pretty good and the cream cheese Rangoon's are good too, they just don't have crab or green onions in them but they are good for the price.“

“This is my favorite Subway. I live right between this one and the one on Belsay Rd. This one is definitely better. Thank God it has a drive-thru. Which the drive-thru could use a better speaker, but that's OK. The staff is friendly and hardworking, they've never gotten my order wrong. Everything always looks and tastes great!“
