I drove through this morning to get an iced coffee. Not one word was said to me at either window. The young man collecting my money seemed unhappy to be there and the lady at the next window didn't respond at all to my hello or to my thank you when she FINALLY handed me my coffee. She just stared at me. I thanked her, aren't they trained any more to greet us and thank us?Customer service has gotten terrible.
Clean, fast and friendly. Can't expect better than that from McDonalds. This particular location is one of the best ones. They always seem to be adequately staffed and the food is always on pointKid-friendliness: They have happy meals with toys like always so that is pretty kid friendly. They also have booster seats if needed
