“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! The store is always clean, the service is quick, and every time I come in my drink is made perfectly. It’s consistently so good, I’ve never had a single issue here. Each of the staff members are always very kind and welcoming.
I want to give a shout out to Jazzy. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and truly went above and beyond. She always makes the drinks perfectly and even suggests flavor combos when I want to try something new. Customer service like that is rare and so appreciated.
Because of her and the overall reliability of this location, this is officially the only Starbucks I’ll be driving to from now on. In my opinion, it’s the best one in the area. Highly recommend!“

“I do a lot of schoolwork at the Starbucks. The WiFi is reliable and reasonably fast. The staff know my service dog and always treat him well. They offer a pup cup each time.“

“Timbits tasted fresh but poor variety when I asked for assorted. 26 out of 40 donuts were birthday cake flavor. There were a few each of glazed, sour cream, and spiced. No other flavors.“

I will probably not visit this location anytime soon due to the current team members. However I will continue to support other locations. “I have been visiting this cafe with my grandma for a long time. We will go to the Art Institute specifically to get sandwiches from them, as we did today. Today, I got the chicken pesto sandwich and a half cup of the Thai chicken and rice soup. I'd post pictures, but they're both definitely long gone. Their portion sizes are great for a filling lunch, the service is always kind (and patient with the pace of slower elders), and I love that my 9yo now loves pesto, haha. 10/10 in every way.“

“This new Starbucks Store is beautiful. High quality build from the inside out. The location out in front of the Sam's Club and Walmart makes it very convenient when I am shopping or stopping for gas. The Staff is nice and they have consistently made my drink to perfection. The inside is very spacy with comfortable seating. Great for studying or meetings.“

The woman working the register PAID for MY food all because my name was her sons future daughters name or something along the lines of that. she was the absolute sweetest woman (i believe her name was Lisha but i am most likely spelling it wrong) but my interaction with her made my entire week and gave me hope that there is still good kind people in our world!! her actions and attitude put a smile on my face and that woman deserves a raise!!!!!“
