I’m gluten and dairy free and was visiting flint for a conference. I went to Flint Crepe Co. expecting to just sit with my friends, and was overjoyed when I saw the sign that they’d be able to make some crepes both gluten and dairy free. The crepes at this place are simply delightful – a perfect blend of thin, delicate texture and a filling that bursts with flavor. Pairing them with a Chai cider is a stroke of genius, especially with that delightful cinnamon twist. It's an amazingly good combination that elevates the dining experience. If you find yourself in Flint, this makes for a perfect lunch option.
