Went thru the drive thru at the Belsay Rd location around 2:30 pm on 5/5/26.
It took us around 5 minutes to get onto 1-69 and unwrap our Oliveburgers, which were cold. Not even warm, or lukewarm… Cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted.
If it wouldn’t have been such a pita to get turned around, we’d have taken them back. Avoid this location.
My order was lost and I did not get a receipt. I was told it was not needed. Somehow “the screen was blanked” so after asking, waiting, asking again, waiting and…. I just had to leave
Went through the drive-through at the new Clinton Township location. We received the wrong burger, missing a dessert, the wrong milkshake, no napkins, and no condiments that we asked for. The burgers themselves were good. The french fries would have been good if they were not so salty.
