Called and spoke to the manager and explained to her that I was not able to come inside. She went above her duties to bring my food out to me outside. I highly commend her for that. Awesome service! Thank you so much. Next time, I'll make sure to be able to come inside when I order on the app.“

“We weren't greeted by anyone behind the counter when we came in, and it took a minute for them to decide who was going to take our order. The lady that did take our order was polite. Food was ready pretty quick, but no plates to eat our food on. I asked if there were any plates, that employee was kinda rude. No plates... The place was clean, but no salt or pepper on any of the tables, and I was hesitant to go up and ask for some because of the rudeness of the one employee. The food was as expected.Parking: Some of the employees cars were parked in the handicap spaces.“
“We were so happy to see not only a shield to protect the worker and the buyer, but the worker still had on a mask. People are still dying and we dont know how to control it , but to wear our masks, sanitize and social distancing. “I don't even know where to begin! This is an example of something phenomenal going unnoticed. Not getting credit and recognition where it is due. The food here is on a "whole other level." The cost is ridiculously low, especially for the quality and quantity that you receive. I can't yet, give my opinion on the staff or atmosphere because I have only recently and only 3 x thus far, had the pleasure of ordering from this establishment but, had it brought to me by a friend. Can't wait to meet the staff behind the cuisine lol“
“I originally got an 8pc Bucket Meal and it was missing a piece of chicken and the chicken was soggy, a greasy ball of mess and not really edible. However, I called back in and spoke to the store manager Darron, and he was understanding and friendly, he offered to replace my family meal for me on my next visit, which I did today. The replacement meal has to be the best I've ever had from any KFC, the chicken was fresh, crunchy and tasty. The biscuits were fluffy, warm and hot. The mashed and coleslaw were also very good. It's clear that Darron takes good care of this store and I am glad that he took good care of me as a customer there. I don't eat KFC often, and this particular KFC has been hit or miss for me over the past 10 years or so, but managers like Darron are the reason I will keep coming back. Customer service is 5 stars for sure.“

“In the past we have had bad experiences with several KFC in the area, In fact we drive the extra 8 miles to go to this one. We go past one a mile from us. The chicken is of excellent quality and consistency good. The pot pie is full of meat. We will continue to drive the distance to get this chicken.“
“I haven't been in there in a while. Today I picked up a 5-piece dark meat fried chicken and 10-peice rib tips. Very happy with my order. Excellent fried chicken. I'll probably ask for the ribtips to have the sauce on the side next time, instead smothered in it. I'd prefer to dip them. Overall, it was extremely yummy.“
