“Saw this place on Chowdowndetroit. Thought it would be a nice place to take my Filipina wife for her birthday meal. It was like walking into a nice simple restaurant back in the Philippines. Even had the Filipino favorite past time a Karaoke machine just like back home. The only thing missing were the chickens running around outside crowing. The owners were warm and welcoming with a sense of humor. The food was just like back in the Philippines flavorful and filling. For the price it was a value for the combo meal the right amount of food for one person or split between 2 for a light meal. Of the 4 of us eating I was a piggy and ate it all but the other 3 had leftovers to take home. They offer other thing Filipino to go items from the little Filipino (Sari-Sari) store they have. Overall, it's a place I would drive to from Lansing (1hr 20 min drive) again for on a special occasion. This is a slice of the Philippines in metro Detroit.“

“The Korean fried chicken was phenomenal! I tried the original spicy and honey, garlic wings, and both were absolutely delicious. The chicken was crispy, flavorful and cooked to perfection.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE was just as impressive. Brandon, the owner, and the cashier were both friendly, welcoming, and provide provided excellent service.
If you’re looking for delicious Korean fried chicken and great CUSTOMER SERVICE, definitely give this restaurant a try you will NOT be disappointed.“

“This comes from a chance experience with this location. Our son wanted chicken for dinner, and we made a quick decision to try this location. The five star rating is based primarily on the young man who was our cashier. His customer service was exemplary of what you want from customer facing employees. He was incredibly cordial and welcoming, informative and engaging. I sincerely hope that he is being groomed for management. The food was good for casual dining. The tenders over the fusion fries were very tender and tasty. The fries were perfectly crispy. Even while cleaning up our area and planning to leave, the young man was simply a joy. We continued to talk about his great service during our drive home. It's certainly made our day.“

So many compliments on the food - I did classic sliders, chicken tenders and Texas toast. The owner, managers and staff were all so easy to work with and they even delivered the order for free. Didn’t even know this was an option but SO helpful!!!“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! We had compliments from everyone at the party on the chicken, we will definitely be back and recommend to all!“

“Got 2 chicken sliders and a chicken salad. Wife enjoyed hers and I enjoyed mine - it was delicious. Hot spice is manageable but still flavorful, in my opinion that’s exactly the type of spice level I need in my life.

Felt like the portions/value were good. Will be coming back often! No music was playing, so it was very quiet when we were eating. Otherwise it was a clean and friendly atmosphere!“

“I love this location! First time here. I had to pick up a large order for work.

Everything was ready on time...actually early. I was able to start loading the order into my car, as the gal that helped me, boxed everything else up.

I'm not sure of her name but the young gal that helped me was awesome! She was very pleasant and attentive. She double checked my order and had excellent customer service skills.

“If you hungry , I highly recommend this location , every time I come in I feel taken care of by the management and staff. One manager remembers my name and I’ve only ate at this location 3 times. Always hot Food, always the best service, Ralph did a great job taking care of me and I can tell he passionate and cares about his job and took his time to go above and beyond. 12/10 service“

“You have to check your order before leaving. They get mixed up or something. Use drive thru. Inside takes forever. Only one cook. Ran out of fries. Had to wait until he finished cooking chicken so he could cook fries.
