Harold took our order while we were in line and he was great. After we got our food and sat to eat Harold came around and ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything else and I had forgotten to get ketchup so Harold went and got ketchup for us, very good customer service. Thanks again
Best chick fil a I’ve ever visited!!! NEVER STOP going there. They always nail your order and they have the sweetest attitudes. Sparkling customer service skills so it’s no surprise the employees are the way that they are. Prepare to fly through the line too. Annie (Director) you always have a smile and you’re always willing fix employees mistakes. I’ve never seen a director of a restaurant with the poise of a much older woman. She has it!
