The service has been going downhill for about a year now. The manager is extremely rude and takes no accountability when his staff makes mistakes, he blames the customer instead and never offers an apology. He is unprofessional, and his customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Corporate will be hearing from me.

Harold took our order while we were in line and he was great. After we got our food and sat to eat Harold came around and ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything else and I had forgotten to get ketchup so Harold went and got ketchup for us, very good customer service. Thanks again
