I took over 20 minutes of waiting for my chicken. Staff was just OK. My girlfriend didn't like the thighs. Dark in color, very dry and hard. The spicy chicken sandwich was alright. No where near as good as Detroit Wing Co. chicken sandwich. It was not as good as I expected it would be.
Food- awesome! Some of the crispest chicken I have had recently. Its crispy like what you remember as a child when your parents took you to that southern chicken shack. The sides are also good... mashed potatoes are an "uplevel" version of what KFC makes. Sashito peppers are worth a try as well and are usually my second side. Service- good in general....
