The sandwiches are very good. This time we ordered two and one was about double the size of the other (just how they're shipped) but Evan took care of us. Good guy. Will be back.

I took over 20 minutes of waiting for my chicken. Staff was just OK. My girlfriend didn't like the thighs. Dark in color, very dry and hard. The spicy chicken sandwich was alright. No where near as good as Detroit Wing Co. chicken sandwich. It was not as good as I expected it would be.

Good flavor on the boasted wings. (This is a boasted wing place) Cole slaw was good and the mashed potatoes taste homemade. Worth the stop. We will be back!

Food- awesome! Some of the crispest chicken I have had recently. Its crispy like what you remember as a child when your parents took you to that southern chicken shack. The sides are also good... mashed potatoes are an "uplevel" version of what KFC makes. Sashito peppers are worth a try as well and are usually my second side. Service- good in general.... Call your order in as the App will tell you your food is ready; but it wont be. They will give accurate time if you call in your order. Ambiance- its better than chicken shack but since this is primarily carryout driven (they do have a few tables) dont go here for a first date.

Chicken, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw were very, very salty! Portions were very small and overcooked, so much so that there were hardly any meat!Sad that was my first and last order.

Fried chicken is hot and fresh and tastes great.Got duped into their drink special if you decide to get a combo but was told the menu wasn’t updated and the promo was over.They have a few self-order terminals but were all out of service. Hmmm…?

Tried calling for a carry out since 8 o'clock, a recording came on saying they were busy. So I went there at 8;40pm, they said the kitchen was closed, they close at 10pm.

The fried chicken was HORRIBLE must be marinated in soy sauce /teriyaki. Very expensive and no dipping sauce is included and no white meat! I fed it to my dogs and they enjoyed it. I was so disappointed after reading the good reviews.
The chicken was hot and juicy, but I wasn't a fan of the seasonings used. Also, the sides were not great. First, at least fill the containers to the top. Second, the coleslaw was flavorless, the shashito peppers were inedible, the cheese curds were fine (but a $1 extra? Really?)I had read great reviews on the place and am sad that it is not up my alley.

Best fried chicken around the Rochester area. On top of that, they have really great customer service here. On a recent visit, I accident placed the wrong order (not enough) and they gave me what I want complimentary on top of what I ordered.

First and last time ordering from here. We did not get our sides the biscuits were like hockey pucks and the chicken tenders was like getting 3 pieces of popcorn chicken. Will never ever order from here again. Wasted my hard earned money on food I wouldn't feed my dog.

Found this place by accident and was pleasantly surprised. They serve Kung Fu Tea which was a great treat. We usually drive out of our way to another location. But this is easier to travel to and is not as overcrowded as the other location. This is my daughter's favorite place for milk tea.We both ordered chicken sandwiches. It was a few pieces of tenders dressed up in a bun. Although it was tasty, having loose pieces make it a messy eat as each bite just moves the individual pieces out of the bun. Would have preferred one sandwich sized piece.The sauces were really good and offered a decent variety.The service was great and our order was completed fairly quick.
