Really annoyed. You guys really need to update your hours. I literally just Googled you before coming to get a smoothie and it’s 8:23 on a Wednesday night. Your hours say you’re open until 9, but you’re already closed. It’s frustrating to make the trip based on the hours you have posted online just to find out you’re actually closed.
Kevin and the team provided the very BEST customer service when my kid spilled her smoothie! The smoothies are fresh, consistent, and the customer service is always top notch. You’ve made a loyal customers out of us for life!
This is a fantastic Tropical Smoothie Cafe! My favorite one! I use this particular location for all of my large purchases. I use them almost monthly for these large orders. I always come in advance to let them know what I need, which is usually 20-40 smoothies at a time. I need them at a specific time and I have never had an issue. All of my smoothies are perfect and on time for my pick up! The staff is always friendly and willing to help with whatever I might need....read full review
