I love this location! First time here. I had to pick up a large order for work.
Everything was ready on time...actually early. I was able to start loading the order into my car, as the gal that helped me, boxed everything else up.
I'm not sure of her name but the young gal that helped me was awesome! She was very pleasant and attentive. She double checked my order and had excellent customer service skills.

I stopped in just to get some potatoes, but ended up getting some chicken as well, the staff was friendly and the food apparently was fresh, so I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Decent friend chicken here. Skin is crispy and light. We usually get a bucket of chicken. I wish there were some more options for sides. The chicken tenders we ordered were okay. The tenders portion were quite small.

Chicken Shack Bloomfield Hills offers high-quality food, including great chicken, ribs, fish, and sides. The restaurant is clean, attractive, and has friendly staff. It is a nice place with a good atmosphere, great music, and spotless cleanliness. The food is all fried and generally good, with moist chicken that tastes excellent and sides like potatoes that are flavorful. Though the chicken pieces are small compared to other places, the food is warm, moist, and enjoyable. The staff are kind, making the experience pleasant. Parking can be tight, but the full menu and inviting environment make it an excellent place to eat.
