This the ONLY Chicken Shack I’m going to! The food is always BUSSIN; it’s super fresh and hot. The staff are always going above and beyond to give amazing customer service. The store is also very clean.The only thing is sometimes the shack potatoes vary in texture sometimes it’s like chips or mash potatoes lol. Still good though I’ll be back!Parking: Perfect
The owner needs to get someone to actually manage this place and their employees. Staff is always goofing off with each other, gave me the wrong order twice in five trips (luckily I caught it before leaving each time). Food is pretty good, but service needs major help/managing

Very disappointed!!!! The service was excellent. This was a take out order, so it was already in a plastic bag. I quickly drove home anticipating this meal. The potatoes in both orders were burnt and dry. Imagine that. Can't say I won't return but I'll definitely look in all orders before leaving the store.
