“It was all very good, the food, the service, and the atmosphere. What you want to know is this: the food was all fried and there wasn't anything special about it and it's not cheap. It was good, I'd probably eat it again, but if I don't, I won't feel like I missed anything.“

The chicken is clearly brined and fried to perfection and and all the other dishes taken by my coworkers looked stunning and tasted stunning too! They do not have an extensive vegetarian menu but the food is awesome!

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“May 6th’s crew at 6:15 pm was awesome. Laid back but informative. They offered samples of different flavors and allowed time to find something on the menu. They also made recommendations and offered more of what you would expect. Thanks team!“

“Saroki’s Royal oak is the best! We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! We had compliments from everyone at the party on the chicken, we will definitely be back and recommend to all!“

“Me and the Fam were at Location 2031 in Pontiac. All of our first times and it was a good experience. Greeted and served by Stephanie. She had a great attitude. Love her customer service. Even made conversation with our 6 yr old. Food was delicious, served in a timely manner. Overall great experience.“

“The food is absolutely fantastic. The pizza doesn't look like much but the taste and quality are great. You will be hard to find chicken tenders as good as these. Chicken sandwich was as good as popeyes and the sides from coleslaw, potato wedges and biscuits we're all great. I have forgotten how good sarokis is. EXCELLENT !“

The five star rating is based primarily on the young man who was our cashier. His customer service was exemplary of what you want from customer facing employees. He was incredibly cordial and welcoming, informative and engaging. I sincerely hope that he is being groomed for management. The food was good for casual dining. The tenders over the fusion fries were very tender and tasty. The fries were perfectly crispy. Even while cleaning up our area and planning to leave, the young man was simply a joy. “Great food and service. Ribs was tender and Chicken was juicy. Food is very flavorful. Didn't even need sauce. But the homemade sauce was delicious too. Would definitely recommend my family and friends. I will definitely be back.

“This place is fire I have no clue who made, this chicken but they know what there doing the last time I had this chicken it was juicy and bursted with flavor. The lemon pepper powder on the fries and chicken gives it a nice kick the ranch they can either provide you with or you ask for it gose bomb with this chicken I'd recommend this place 100% Goodluck. since this will knock you out with flavor!“
