“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Came here to eat cause I wanted to try Korean Fried chicken for the first time and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken is clearly brined and fried to perfection and and all the other dishes taken by my coworkers looked stunning and tasted stunning too! They do not have an extensive vegetarian menu but the food is awesome!
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to grab good authentic Korean fried chicken!“

“Dave’s hot chicken is really good. The food was hot and prompt. The prices are a tad high but the tenders are good quality.
One person in particular that has outstanding service is DREW. He was kind and very respectful. I had a crazy order and he got everything right.

“Saroki’s Royal oak is the best! We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! We had compliments from everyone at the party on the chicken, we will definitely be back and recommend to all!“

“There is nothing nicer than walking into an establishment & greeted by an employee who genuinely smiles to assist you in whatever you need. Kevondre is that person! So exceptionally professional & sweet. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. This man definitely delivered! He truly made my day. So many people in the food industry have a gloom look about them. “My family and I enjoyed a night out to the Korean BBQ Chicken Restaurant. The staff were friendly and happy to have us. I ordered the chicken fried rice. My husband ordered and enjoyed the Honey Garlic chicken wings. My son enjoyed the Gangjeong chicken wings. The food was amazing, very tasty, and satisfying. We enjoyed Boba drinks as well.“

“Had the oak park location cater for my husband’s birthday party. They were fabulous to work with. The owner was so kind and accommodating and delivered the food himself. We ordered a variety of slider packs and everything was delicious. Everyone raved about the food. Will defiantly be using this location in the future!“

They very rarely miss I come here all the time and I’ve had far more great experiences than I’ve had even just average! This location kills it and employees need raises for sure“

“This comes from a chance experience with this location. Our son wanted chicken for dinner, and we made a quick decision to try this location. The five star rating is based primarily on the young man who was our cashier. His customer service was exemplary of what you want from customer facing employees. He was incredibly cordial and welcoming, informative and engaging. I sincerely hope that he is being groomed for management. The food was good for casual dining. The tenders over the fusion fries were very tender and tasty. The fries were perfectly crispy. Even while cleaning up our area and planning to leave, the young man was simply a joy. We continued to talk about his great service during our drive home. It's certainly made our day.“

“Every dish I’ve had at the Pines has been delicious as well as generous servings. However, you must try their French Fries. I have never in years of eating fries from multiple restaurants have I tasted anything as delicious as the Pines French fries.“

“This place is fire I have no clue who made, this chicken but they know what there doing the last time I had this chicken it was juicy and bursted with flavor. The lemon pepper powder on the fries and chicken gives it a nice kick the ranch they can either provide you with or you ask for it gose bomb with this chicken I'd recommend this place 100% Goodluck. since this will knock you out with flavor!“

“Great food and service. Ribs was tender and Chicken was juicy. Food is very flavorful. Didn't even need sauce. But the homemade sauce was delicious too. Would definitely recommend my family and friends. I will definitely be back.

“If you are unhappy with your tea they will offer to sell another at a measly 10% off but won't replace it like all other restaurants truly focused on customer satisfaction do. “We bought 30 wings and fries. We asked for lemon pepper on both. They fried up the food fresh and hot with the lemon pepper like we like it. This will be our Captain Jay's location. We tried the others in the area and they failed miserably.“

“I love this location! First time here. I had to pick up a large order for work.
Everything was ready on time...actually early. I was able to start loading the order into my car, as the gal that helped me, boxed everything else up.
I'm not sure of her name but the young gal that helped me was awesome! She was very pleasant and attentive. She double checked my order and had excellent customer service skills.
