“Saroki’s Royal oak is the best! We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Got off work late and stopped in for some dinner and it was so good and reasonable prices as well. The chicken is juicy and crispy and flavorful. The staff are super nice and will make sure your taken care of. They have plenty of choices, from chicken to wraps to pizza and corn dogs. “I went to this hidden gem in Farmington Hills for a work event and was impressed with the food and setting. The restaurant itself is set on the actual course with indoor and outdoor seating with great views of the course. The food was also great. We had both American and Greek appetizers, sandwiches, and entrees and everything was super good. This is a great place to go with your family or friends, a secret that is soon to get out!“

“First time visiting ordered the 2 pack combo with 2 sliders an order of fries and a drink. I ordered the hangover and the boom chicken. I got the regular seasoning on the fries. Food was made fresh and it tastes good. Possibly a little so much seasoning on the burger but still real good.“

The medium heat is HOT, so be careful, but I loved it! The couscous salad was also delicious! Be sure to read the history behind the restaurant on their website! Can’t wait to try more items!
