“I ordered the Thai chicken wrap, and once they delivered it I noticed the wrap was extremely light. I thought they gave me the wrong order at first. When I unwrapped it, it was the “Thai chicken wrap” but there was hardly anything in it. Plus no chicken whatsoever. I called Jimmy Johns right away - gearing up for a possible battle. I spoke to the manager explaining what just happened. Without hesitation this awesome person apologized and was happy to send me a new one. Mistakes happen, I get it. But good customers is rare.“
“This is the first Culver's we've been to since having a negative experience (about 2 years ago)with an old grease tasting fish sandwich from a place in Florida. Needless to say this place was the EXTREME opposite, fresh, tasty and I'd go back in a minute. Michigan Culver's rule!“
