Sonya was very friendly and nice. Great atmosphere with my two kiddos. Fresh and hot food. Custard machine was down but still was able to enjoy chocolate custard with brownie pieces.
I had such a great experience at Culver’s thanks to Jaleesa! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. She had a positive attitude, was patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s clear she genuinely cares about customers, and her friendliness made my visit even better. Employees like Jaleesa are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you for making my day!
Culver’s is always great in general, but this one specifically has never failed me. The cashier today, Jaleesa, is what inspired this 5 star review. Jaleesa was awesome, she was really kind, patient, and happy. I had a really bad morning, but she was so joyful I couldn’t help but feel better. Thanks Jaleesa, and Culver’s please give her something special! <3
