“I haven't actually tried any of their food but I have been here multiple times to meet with friends, talk and drink. The last few times I have had the blackberry and raspberry flavored ice tea. I like it and it's reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great for hanging out and a lot of times they play good music. The cashier was friendly.“

“The workers here really are awesome. I have never been in, since i utilize the drive thru massing street getting my children from school. Large hot Teddy bear extra caramel, is the ticket. I go in every morning, I'm greeted, and I've been going long enough that everyone knows my order.Quintin is by far the best employee there, always striking up a conversation, asks how I'm doing, etc. Don't get me wrong, I love all the staff, but he's definitely my favorite person there.There may be times that they're busy, it's a coffee place. A lot of people love coffee. “I'm sitting in this drive thru three times a week. Sometimes I'm blessed by the gods and there's two cars in front of me. Other times I'm messaging my boss "I might be a few late" because the line is all the way into the parking lot of Meijer. I've never encountered a rude Biggby member here. They're always nice, take a minute to chat and apologetic (unnecessary) for the wait (as if they have control over how long a bragel takes to toast, or how many drinks with special instructions one vehicle orders).I do wish customers would PULL UP CLOSER TO THE XAR I FRONT OF THEM. Instead of leaving room for a full size truck between vehicles. It's a pet peev, what can I say.Anyways. I like this Biggby. Location is convenient so I don't have to go into Flushing or Owosso (opposite of work) on my way into Durand.“
