I'm sitting in this drive thru three times a week. Sometimes I'm blessed by the gods and there's two cars in front of me. Other times I'm messaging my boss "I might be a few late" because the line is all the way into the parking lot of Meijer. I've never encountered a rude Biggby member here. They're always nice, take a minute to chat and apologetic (unnecessary) for the wait (as if they have control over how long a bragel takes to toast, or how many drinks with special instructions...read full review
The staff is awesome and my order is always done correctly but this location is literally always out of something (eggs, coconut milk, black tea, etc) and last time it took three months to get back in stock. This location will do a lot better if they can handle the volume and order stuff in advance.

Staff is always super friendly and personable, and although there is usually a bit of a wait (a byproduct of a successfully executed market analysis), it's always worth it... plus, they're dog friendly (my kind of people)
