“2 hours after BAB had opened up, before lunchtime, they were completely Out of French toast bagels and only 1 left of Asiago Cheese bagels. Really,???!!! That's all I came in for. They're only open til 2 or 2:30pm. Like 4 or 5 hours daily. Rrrrrrr!!! Frustrating and expensive too. Very disappointed to have to settle for a dozen of the rest of the what's left.“

“I have been visiting this cafe with my grandma for a long time. We will go to the Art Institute specifically to get sandwiches from them, as we did today. Today, I got the chicken pesto sandwich and a half cup of the Thai chicken and rice soup. I'd post pictures, but they're both definitely long gone. Their portion sizes are great for a filling lunch, the service is always kind (and patient with the pace of slower elders), and I love that my 9yo now loves pesto, haha. 10/10 in every way.“

“I really can't say enough about this place. I've been to many biggby locations and this one takes the cake! The staff is impeccable! They are so helpful, happy, and really make our day even more great than the drinks do. And the drinks! Oh the drinks! What a wonderful place. I love the service and products from here so much, I've been considering buying into the franchise to open a store somewhere down south where they're limited at this time. The world needs to all have the pleasure of Biggby :) 5 stars!!!!“

“It was my first time ever using a big big coffee and the woman with glasses who helped me out at the register could not have made things more easy! I’m the type of person who has a lot of added stuff to my drinks. She was really patient with me and explained everything. Definitely going to be going back!“

“First time here. The reviews give the impression that the Grand Blanc store is better. I can't speak for that, but I can say, the young girls doing the register and food prep were great and super helpful. They choose for me and I got the Southern Tradition with chive cream cheese. It was huge! A little messy with the extra cream cheese, but absolutely worth it and the taste was great! Thank you so much for the great first time experience. When I'm in Fenton, well be back. Glad we didn't go to McD's instead. They also kept the store clean while we were here. Nice job for the young girl who did so.
And there 6 day old bagels were a steal for $5.50+tax. Thanks for pointing those out!“
