“From the moment I walked into Panera, it felt like stepping into a warm little Christmas café straight out of a holiday movie, and Avery was the reason why. With a smile as welcoming as freshly fallen snow and an attitude full of holiday cheer, Avery made the entire experience feel special. It wasn’t just ordering food—it felt like being greeted by one of Santa’s most hardworking elves (but 6’2), making sure every guest felt cozy, cared for, and right at home.
Avery’s customer service was truly top-tier, the kind that belongs on the nice list year after year. Friendly, patient, and incredibly attentive, Avery made sure everything was perfect, from the order details to the timing. Even during the holiday rush, Avery kept things moving smoothly with grace and positivity, like a Christmas miracle unfolding behind the counter. You could tell they genuinely cared about making each customer’s day a little brighter.
The food was already great, but Avery somehow made it taste even better with their warmth and kindness. Whether it was recommending the perfect soup to warm up on a cold winter day or making sure everything was just right, Avery added that extra sprinkle of Christmas magic to the experience. “2 hours after BAB had opened up, before lunchtime, they were completely Out of French toast bagels and only 1 left of Asiago Cheese bagels. Really,???!!! That's all I came in for. They're only open til 2 or 2:30pm. Like 4 or 5 hours daily. Rrrrrrr!!! Frustrating and expensive too. Very disappointed to have to settle for a dozen of the rest of the what's left.“

“I tried the veggie wrap today and was positively surprised. Very good, lots of flavor. Recently, I tried the veggie wrap at Steady Eddie's at the Flint Farmers Market and the Palette Cafe is far better, hands down. Less expensive, as well. Kudos to the great staff at the FIA's Palette Cafe!“

“I really can't say enough about this place. I've been to many biggby locations and this one takes the cake! The staff is impeccable! They are so helpful, happy, and really make our day even more great than the drinks do. And the drinks! Oh the drinks! What a wonderful place. I love the service and products from here so much, I've been considering buying into the franchise to open a store somewhere down south where they're limited at this time. The world needs to all have the pleasure of Biggby :) 5 stars!!!!“

“It was my first time ever using a big big coffee and the woman with glasses who helped me out at the register could not have made things more easy! I’m the type of person who has a lot of added stuff to my drinks. She was really patient with me and explained everything. Definitely going to be going back!“
