“2 hours after BAB had opened up, before lunchtime, they were completely Out of French toast bagels and only 1 left of Asiago Cheese bagels. Really,???!!! That's all I came in for. They're only open til 2 or 2:30pm. Like 4 or 5 hours daily. Rrrrrrr!!! Frustrating and expensive too. Very disappointed to have to settle for a dozen of the rest of the what's left.“

“As a bread baker, my enthusiasm for Panera has significantly cooled over the past two decades. Corporate strategy has systematically stripped away their best artisan offerings, including the Asiago Roast Beef, Napa Almond Chicken Salad on Sesame Semolina, and Tuna on Whole Wheat. Their marketing claims to focus on 'clean food,' yet heavily pushes bakery treats at every order. This Grand Blanc location itself is well-run and consistently delivers a solid meal, but corporate decisions prevent Panera from being the standout bakery-cafe it used to be.“
“The coffee here is amazing and the honey bagel was especially delicious. I have been at the hospital for 2 weeks and the service has been very consistently amazing! Thank you Brooklyn and Lauren for being the best and friendliest baristas ever!“

“I really can't say enough about this place. I've been to many biggby locations and this one takes the cake! The staff is impeccable! They are so helpful, happy, and really make our day even more great than the drinks do. And the drinks! Oh the drinks! What a wonderful place. I love the service and products from here so much, I've been considering buying into the franchise to open a store somewhere down south where they're limited at this time. The world needs to all have the pleasure of Biggby :) 5 stars!!!!“

“Love this place, always super nice and friendly. They made a drink incorrectly, it was hard to hear with all the action going on. They remade it right away, no fuss. The food is good and the drinks made quickly by experts. I do wish they would accept online orders.“

“I have been visiting this cafe with my grandma for a long time. We will go to the Art Institute specifically to get sandwiches from them, as we did today. Today, I got the chicken pesto sandwich and a half cup of the Thai chicken and rice soup. I'd post pictures, but they're both definitely long gone. Their portion sizes are great for a filling lunch, the service is always kind (and patient with the pace of slower elders), and I love that my 9yo now loves pesto, haha. 10/10 in every way.“
