You cannot get out of here without at least a 20 min wait. You wait tp order you wait for food you just wait for it all
My absolute favorite fast cafe place. Unfortunately there must be alot of newer employees because I've had a few mix ups for some orders. But they were all nice and understanding. I love how cheap their drinks are and their bacon is my favorite. Plus they're super close and open super early.
The service was fast and they did great there was an issue with hearing me at the drive thru speaker I didn't get any names to give them kudos but the service crew handled the difficulty kindly and efficiently I got exactly what I ordered very quickly excellent job evening crew May 12th 2026!

Dunkin' offers a variety of options for customers. While the food and coffee are generally well-liked, there have been some issues with order accuracy and staff friendliness reported by a few customers. For example, a customer ordered 1 and 1/2 dozen donuts but received some incorrect items. The ham and Swiss sandwich is often unavailable. The drive-thru wait times can sometimes be long, and mobile ordering is a joke because you have to stand in a line to get the order. The staff's efforts to provide good service are appreciated by many customers, but some more training needs to be put into the staff and attitudes left at the door. The weekend crew customer service sucks.
