My family & I had dinner at the Cancun restaurant in Fenton yesterday evening. The maître d' was very rude to us and to other customers so if we could give him a rating individually then he would get a zero. The waiter was very good & friendly (the 5 star service rating is for the waiter only). Three of the 4 meals were disappointing. Based on the behavior of the maître d', will never eat there again.
Great fast service, and was able to accommodate a large group for my mom’s birthday! Will definitely be back!!
He treats his employees poorly. Yells at them in front of customers. He makes it difficult to use discounts that he participates in. Did not honor a discount when I went for no reason.
