The Radisson Starbucks Kiosk offers a mixed experience. While the rooms are not always clean and the customer service can be inconsistent, the hotel is well-managed with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is convenient, with nearby bars, restaurants, and the State Capital buildings. Despite some issues, guests generally have a good stay and look forward to returning.
