Should have been open according to Google and the sign on their door, but they never opened. Had to walk three blocks to get coffee instead. If you can't open, either update your Google or at least put a sign on the door...

Beautiful lobby and convention center. Friendly staff. Tried to check in at 4pm (which is check in time) was told my room wouldn't be ready for at least 2 hours, could be longer. The employee told me she had no idea how long it would take. No offer of discount, no voucher to eat -- nothing. I cancelled my reservation without paying a fee because it was before the 6pm cancellation deadline, but was deeply disappointed with the way they handled it.

Would be five stars but the valet service and the attendant at the front desk with a sippy cup need updating like the rest of the property. Look forward to returning once rebranded and having Mona who is fabulous welcome me back as Hilton Gold. Thank you Mona, Ashlynn Shaw, Cailin H., & Katelyn.

I am not happy! I found like little shells of bugs and or maggots upon pulling back my bedspread. Additionally, the underside of my bedspread has brown stains all over it.Also, the internet says that Radisson hotels have a microwave a refrigerator and iron and ironing board and a hair dryer in every single room.Upon entering my room I noticed that there was no microwave so I called the front desk and the employee told me, "we don't have microwaves in our rooms." I will and on the only positive note of my stay: I did find that all of the staff was super willing to help without being asked to help.

Went to a summit for work and they put my coworker and I up in this hotel. Check in was a mess, I had called a few weeks previous to our arrival to make sure that we would have no issues at check in, as our rooms were booked using the company credit card. I specifically called to ask and make sure it would be okay that I would not have the credit card with me physically at check in, they assured me as long as the card was on file since we booked online, we would be fine. We got there and they told me I needed to have the card with me physically, so you can imagine the irritation at this point. After asking what else we could do, as we were already far from home without the card, they informed us we could complete an authorization card. Naturally, I had questions. Where is this form, what is it, how do I complete it and get it back to you, except the lady at the desk didn't have any answers for me. After an hour and a half and having to deal with the very rude manager, Carlos, who had an unnecessary attitude, we were able to check in after having our supervisor complete the form and email it over to the hotel. I'm all about being respectful, even when inconveniences and mistakes happen, that is until staff have unwarranted attitudes. I also noticed during my stay SEVERAL other guests were having issues as well.. so that says something about how this business is overall run. On top of that, my shower wouldn't drain and water poured onto the bathroom floor. This hotel is not very clean either. Just take your business else where, you'll have a better experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Several problems with check in, was not told that an authorization form or the physical card was needed to be filled out for the credit card that was used for our reservation (for a business trip, it was a company card that was used by our supervisor), we called a week prior to our check-in, and was told by the staff that we did not need the physical card or any kind of authorization form for when we check in, we just checked in five minutes ago, and the very rude front desk employee was rolling her eyes at us (red curly hair with glasses and bangs) and telling us that an authorization form was needed, when we tried to ask questions she was very short tempered with us and could not even give us a straight answer, the male manager was also extremely rude with us. Very poor communication, the fact that we were told something completely different over the phone is unacceptable. This put us in a very stressful situation. Also the hotel was very dingy inside. I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER.

Upon arrival I did not get the room requested. The room I was given was not clean and customer service left me on hold multiple times. With that being said construction was going on in the motel. Upon going to the front desk I got a new room and a breakfast voucher and staff were attentive for the rest of my stay.

The room was a bit dusty and didn’t feel clean. The window has paint splatters and were dingy. The towels were stiff and small. The toilet def needed wiped down and had stuff under the rim. The bed was uncomfortable.

The parking is overpriced. The hotel was having construction done. I hope it is to rehab the entire hotel. The place is dated and smells old. The restaurant was nice. I doubt if I would stay there and pay for it myself.

The construction was going on on the floor I was on and the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. check in and out were fast. Parking was convenient. Bar staff was great and had a nice smile.

Very good stay, a well managed hotel. Very clean room. Friendly, accommodating staff. Beck on the front desk and Chief Engineer John Hazard were especially helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the State Capital buildings with convenient, attached parking and the ideal place to stay if you're doing going to the legislature. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants, walking distance. No need to drive, once you're there. I'll definitely be back.

The receptionist was rude upon checkin, blaming the problem on construction. The hall to our room wasn’t vacuumed, even though no construction there. The sheets on the bed were all wrinkled, like they weren’t changed. Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel, room, and staff.

The entire experience from being checked into a room already in use (or never cleaned) non-working room key the second day, lackluster service in the restaurant, no room replenishment for coffee/creamer or any service for second day. Miscommunicated check out called for bellhop that never arrived and separate valet bill that required separate check out.

Lansing at the Capitol has bed bugs and not even willing to offer even an apology. No return call from property management or corporate. GROSS. Skip it. It will cost you more in the king run to stay here!
