I usually love this place. Staff are great but Matt set the mood that day..there was a tension with him there. I was there and he was rude to me. Didn't acknowledge me. Service is important if you want customers to keep coming back.
The cashier was very nice. I got free coffee in the reusable cup I bought, so that was great. My ONLY complaint is that they didn't have a break resistant, microwaveable, reusable cup for sale.
