Sorry too many strikes to warrant a higher Star.
They weren’t very friendly, but not horrible though.
They don’t take Starbucks scan, and you can’t earn points (which I know is just the way it is in many locations)…
They don’t take Amex.
They forgot our 2nd food item so we had to ask about it, so then they made it (and there were 5 employees working).
Only two pieces of chicken in the jalapeño chicken wrap.
The one plus - they don’t accept tips.

I'd have to say that even though this location is convenient for people visiting patients, it's not the best. Staff is unpleasant, and the drinks are not starbucks quality.
