I and not going to give you a negative review but I don’t have issues with food I ordered last night.

Driver says they were here when I came out to where the food drop is for my work building. The food was nowhere to be found. I order food from you guy almost once a month for a couple year now for my team i know is not the wing snob and this is the first time happen.

I never got this food. $80 orders. Please help

“Great burgers but really not cool when you're craving some at a quarter to ten the night before a holiday, prepping to play Mac's, just drove 40 minutes thru construction to get told they just took last call for the kitchen. Heartbroken.“

“I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

“Marc was amazing! My first visit here!! during placing my order he noticed that I had to use the restroom and offered to direct me to the nearest location with the code. He was very knowledgeable of the menu gave me great recommendations. Food was delivered in a very, very timely manner even walked me out to my car overall 100% the best experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in years. Thank you so much, Marc !

“I always forget to take pictures when I'm here. I'm more concerned about eating the food. It's that good.

The staff are good people. The quality of their food and service speaks for Itself. You could literally spend all day at Cryptic Vision Tattoos, 3 Doors Down, and watch the customers come in to Lansing Fish Market all day long, because the food and service are that good. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement, so again, the food and service speak for themselves.

They make their own cocktail sauce, which I put on everything, and always get extra. I haven't had anything that wasn't genuinely good food, nor have I been treated with anything other than respect.

Visit with the right attitude, and you'll walk out with great food, and an appreciation for a small business that does good work. I'll update this review with pictures next time I visit. Because I will visit. Hopefully I take pictures before I dive in.“

“Stopped in for a chicken sandwich. It came out and I cut it in half to handle it better and immediately noticed raw in the middle. I flagged the bartender and she whisked the plate away to the kitchen for review. After speaking with the manager who wanted to comp my whole meal, drinks and everything I could tell the kitchen was rushed so I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for another one to be made. I could tell everyone involved was mortified and even overheard the bartender saying the manager was letting the kitchen staff have it regarding chicken temp. I cook at home quite a bit so I understand mistakes can be made when you're hurried. Bartender and manager apologized profusely and all was well. I was impressed that they took it seriously and made it right.“

“I have never been so impressed. We ordered 6 large pizzas, a salad and a sub at 11:31am and it was done by 11:54am. That is the fastest I have even experienced at a pizza place. When I arrived the service was amazing, helpful and cheerful. They also had 2 other large orders at the time, which were all done when the customers arrived and all had the same great service. I am super impressed. Thank you!“

“Pizza came quicker than expected, food was REALLY delicious. Tasted fresh, fresh ingredients and the sauce tasted homemade like you could taste the tomato in it.

I was in town for a weekend. It was kinda late so I ordered pizza. Seeing that Happy’s was one of the few open in the area. I ordered from them. Wish there was one where I live. Found my new favorite pizza place. In Lansing anyway.“

“The store was INCREDIBLY busy tonight, clearly going through it, all the workers were going nonstop. Despite this, the young woman running the register was very professional and kind and my food looked and tasted AMAZING. They were not letting quality fall to the wayside, very impressed.“

“It was great. There was a little confusion on my part when I showed up late and my order wasn’t in the pick-up bin. Apparently only some orders get put here or they just finished mine up and set it just behind the bin on a (not customer-facing) counter.“
