20 Best Chicken Wings in Lansing

“I have ordered delivery from this location before using uber eats and honestly I was quite impressed with the quality of food given there are so many wing restaurant chains. But the loaded fries is like next level in my personal opinion. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of my food experience yesterday through Uber eats. I can’t really comment on the actually customer service aspect cause I’ve never been inside of a wingsnob before. I’m sure the customer service is lovely. Yesterday I ordered the flamin hot loaded fries through uber eats which I had ordered before and they use actually flamin hot Cheetos. It is absolutely delicious if you’re on the fence but yesterday I received my order in a smaller bag which didn’t leave much room for the box of fries cause you get a pretty big portion and that cause my fries to get all mushed in side of the box cause the bag just wasn’t big enough. Also they used flamin hot popcorn instead of Cheetos this time which I honestly don’t mind the popcorn it just does not go well on this specific dish cause popcorn just gets mushy and the kernels are uncomfortable to eat with the chicken and fries cause they get stuck in your throat and you know it just doesn’t mix well. Plus the chicken was not the best this time either it felt overcooked and tough. Now I understand they may have ran out of Cheetos which is fine. I would just have preferred maybe a choice if that’s the case you know? But also uber eats isn’t exactly easy to work with sometimes so I get it. But just ask the uber eats driver if the person ordered would prefer something different instead of just using whatever you think might go over well. This isn’t a make or break thing I just wanted to share my experience and give some insight. I would still recommend people to go here instead of wingstop tbh.“

“Tried them (New Libertyville location) for the first time because of some random FB ad for them. holy cow they are good. not too crispy, juicy meat, did not skimp on the sauce and had a solid kick. Lady on the phone was very enthusiastic about their selection as well. can't wait to go again!“

“I reached out to Saddleback BBQ and Slice Pizza for catering for a large company event and they knocked it out of the park every step of the way! Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

“Went here as other places were packed today and would say this is a great spot for fried fish! Split a white bass and a catfish dinner which had generous portions and came out hot and tasty; not oily at all. Didn't get a chance to try the chicken but plan on coming back; and had we had room for dessert or extra sides there was a huge selection of traditional cake, cheesecake and puddings as well as every side you could want (and even some I wasn't expecting like falafel)“

“They removed the cheesesticks from the menu, which is my favorite. The manager/owner Joey came out to speak with me about it. He apologized and was very nice. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I truly appreciated him taking a couple of minutes out of his day to explain the 'why' behind the 'what'. The food is great and the customer service is even better!“

“Very nice people in here. Always polite and ready to help. They are patient with you and willing to explain any choices or options you may not understand. When you order they immediately start making your order. This can take a few minutes but if you know what you want you can order ahead by phone and have it ready when you show up. Very good selection of food that is prepared well.“

First time eating inside at the West Lansing location. Paul is an awesome server! Location can be quite loud inside if restaurant is full. Parking is not the best at this location and they need outdoor seating with a separate bar.“

“After a Memorial Mass, relatives and friends assembled at one of the family members’ home. Time flew by quickly, and soon, it was dinner time. They ordered a stack of various pizzas from this restaurant, which arrived piping hot.\n\nWe are quite picky about pizza, so held back from taking a slice, however, soon, hunger got the best of us, and we helped ourselves to the all meat one. It looked like any regular pizza, yet was absolutely delicious. Since they had ordered so many, there was much left over. They packed some up for us to take back to the hotel, and three days later, we reheated it in the microwave. It was just as delicious as on that first day.\n\nSeriously, this was one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten.“

And as they share the same space I can say a lot about the character of this place. “Love Popeyes! They are not terribly geographically convenient for me so I don't get there as much as I would like to but I do whenever I can. They drew me in this time with an offer of free pack of six wings with a purchase over $15, far too good to pass up! And then, for no clear reason I could see, they threw in two apple pies that I only found out about after I got home. I will certainly be going back“

“Have gotten pizza from this location multiple times and it's great every time! I had an issue where an online coupon wouldn't work and the employee went above and beyond to try to make it work on my phone and when it wouldn't, she still honored the coupon. She was extremely patient, friendly, and understanding. I didn't catch her name but she was blonde & wearing some awesome and festive 4th of July gear and her makeup was on poinntttt ? she should be getting a BIG RAISE & a PROMOTION!
