Brynn made sure we kept in touch throughout the planning process and modified our event order when needed. The day of the event, she arrived early with a crew of awesome helpers who showed awesome customer service the entire time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh BBQ and all the sides - the mac and cheese was a huge hit! The Slice team brought out their mobile pizza oven and made fresh pies and breadsticks through the very end so everyone was able to get a hot meal. Dozens of people let me know how amazing the food was and we can’t recommend them enough!!“

“While delivering for doordash I had encountered an issue, and at 1:30 right before they closed a woman at the counter who I did not get the name of was incredibly kind and understanding. She really deserves a raise for being so good to customers.“

The staff are good people. The quality of their food and service speaks for Itself. You could literally spend all day at Cryptic Vision Tattoos, 3 Doors Down, and watch the customers come in to Lansing Fish Market all day long, because the food and service are that good. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement, so again, the food and service speak for themselves.

They make their own cocktail sauce, which I put on everything, and always get extra. I haven't had anything that wasn't genuinely good food, nor have I been treated with anything other than respect.

Visit with the right attitude, and you'll walk out with great food, and an appreciation for a small business that does good work. I'll update this review with pictures next time I visit. Because I will visit. Hopefully I take pictures before I dive in.“

“Stopped in for a chicken sandwich. It came out and I cut it in half to handle it better and immediately noticed raw in the middle. I flagged the bartender and she whisked the plate away to the kitchen for review. After speaking with the manager who wanted to comp my whole meal, drinks and everything I could tell the kitchen was rushed so I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for another one to be made. I could tell everyone involved was mortified and even overheard the bartender saying the manager was letting the kitchen staff have it regarding chicken temp. I cook at home quite a bit so I understand mistakes can be made when you're hurried. Bartender and manager apologized profusely and all was well. I was impressed that they took it seriously and made it right.“

“So I ordered a pizza and it wasn’t cooked to how I wanted. I called and called and I kept getting a foreigner and got irritated and had to up there. Miss Keisha (Assistant Manager) took care of me. She made my experience go from bad to excellent. I just want to say I really appreciate the time and effort she took to make the job right and fix my order. I appreciate you Miss Keisha.“

“They definitely gotten better cooks back there. They paid attention when I asked for extra cook time on my wings and they followed my instructions.
Only downside is the outside parking lot is a landfill. Definitely would recommend getting cameras and whoever is littering needs fined . Same for Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot“

“I have never been so impressed. We ordered 6 large pizzas, a salad and a sub at 11:31am and it was done by 11:54am. That is the fastest I have even experienced at a pizza place. When I arrived the service was amazing, helpful and cheerful. They also had 2 other large orders at the time, which were all done when the customers arrived and all had the same great service. I am super impressed. Thank you!“

“The store was INCREDIBLY busy tonight, clearly going through it, all the workers were going nonstop. Despite this, the young woman running the register was very professional and kind and my food looked and tasted AMAZING. They were not letting quality fall to the wayside, very impressed.“
