“Went here as other places were packed today and would say this is a great spot for fried fish! Split a white bass and a catfish dinner which had generous portions and came out hot and tasty; not oily at all. Didn't get a chance to try the chicken but plan on coming back; and had we had room for dessert or extra sides there was a huge selection of traditional cake, cheesecake and puddings as well as every side you could want (and even some I wasn't expecting like falafel)“

“When you enter the left side of the establishment, it has a little section of pantry items available for purchase, including their crack chicken seasoning mix. There are a few seats while you wait for an order and a little cooler with beverages for purchase. To the right, you will find the counter where you order. They have on display a large variety of individually wrapped cakes and desserts. The staff is not friendly. I did have to wait 15 minutes for 5 wings and fries. I do appreciate the freshness of the food, though. The crack seasoning they use is pretty good. It has a lemony flavor. The chicken was very crispy, and fries were good too. I would definitely get take out here again and just plan to have a longer wait than a fast food restaurant. Plenty of parking is available in their lot.“

Love that you can choose between soft or hard fry and heavy or light seasoning.The chicken was great except for 3 pieces (big drums) weren't fully done. I live 3 hours away so I couldn't just pop back to take it back but they are an amazing place and I will most definitely be back.The service was amazing. Very knowledgeable and they waited til I got there to cook the shrimp for my order which was great. Everything was hot and delish even by the time we got to families house 15 mins away.Called in a Togo order for the hubs and picked it up on the way home. “If I had more than two thumbs, they’d all be up. We visited Mitchell’s on Thanksgiving day and everything was spot on. The redecorated restaurant looked lovely. Our server was excellent and we’re happy to see some new additions to the menu. Thanks for being available on the holiday. The meal was superb.“

“This Fiesta Chara is a little more cozy than the one over there in East Lansing when it comes to seating and atmosphere same style Aesthetics where the other places much more wide open, this one has more corridors and little drop levels and separate rooms it's pretty neat place. Also, it seems to me at the fiesta Chara locations they maintain from the best of my perception a Hispanic wait staff that mostly I'm assuming comes out of Mexico. Makes me feel better about the food I'm being served.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a pretty cool place. As I said above, no problem getting into the bar with the wheelchair in a couple of the other dining rooms, no problem. But as I said, there are some Step Up Rooms, some step-down rooms, so this particular restaurant, not all of it, is accessible to wheelchair! but the areas that are our service are the same as the areas that aren't accessible.“
“I was recommended to come here for dim sum. I was really weary because of the name but I was in the mood for dim sum so here I come. Had several dim sum items here: *Shrimp dumpling: Chunks of shrimp, it was tasty *Pork ribs w/black bean sauce: These are the largest ribs I've had in this dish. That was nice because it was meatier vs mostly bone *Shrimp rice roll: Wished the rice roll was a bit thinner *Pan fried radish cake: Needed to be fried a bit more *Fried taro dumplings: This is good but would have liked it to be crispier. *Steamed bbq pork bun: Not much filling. *Egg tarts: The bottom of the tart shell wasn't completely cooked. Needed more bake time *Bake taro buns: Needed to be baked a bit longer so when you break into the bun the top kind of flakes/crumble off. *Salted fish fried rice: It was just rice, salted fish and egg. No green onions or veggies (no peas or carrots). Needed a bit more salted fish. 4 stars with all these comments..... The taste wasn't bad. All the food just needed a bit more flavor and cooked a bit longer on some items to make them crispier. Maybe they don't use much msg so the lack of flavor? Otherwise I enjoyed it. Service was friendly and good. Every time I opened my tea pot lid, the waitress came over and filled it. I will definitely try again!“
“Very nice people in here. Always polite and ready to help. They are patient with you and willing to explain any choices or options you may not understand. When you order they immediately start making your order. This can take a few minutes but if you know what you want you can order ahead by phone and have it ready when you show up. Very good selection of food that is prepared well.“
“Again another $400 order and these guys hit it out of the park. The grilled shrimp looked a little bit different this time like they added some different types of seasoning. Man, I'm gonna have to order a lot more of them the next time because they went really quick! If you're not ordering from this place, you're missing something. “I got a huge order tonight. I did a door dash pickup earlier in the day and the smell of the food made me go back and get my own. Everything was really good. Actually seasoned, and massive portions. The amount of food I got for the money is really nice. There was a bit of a wait but they were super busy and short staffed and it was well worth it. Employees were happy and professional even under the stress of being busy. Best wings in Lansing for sure. I’ll be back for some catfish soon.“
“My husband and I have been going to The Ocean Crab for over a year now. We’ve never had a bad experience there. The staff is friendly, the food is always delicious, and they just added to their menu which was also amazing. We tried the Tonkatsu Ramen and it was amazing! The pork roll was perfectly cooked, there were plenty of vegetables nestled into mix, and the broth was rich and felt like comfort in a bowl. If you’re looking for a really good seafood/Asian/Cajun mix of food, this is where you should go!“
