“Went here as other places were packed today and would say this is a great spot for fried fish! Split a white bass and a catfish dinner which had generous portions and came out hot and tasty; not oily at all. Didn't get a chance to try the chicken but plan on coming back; and had we had room for dessert or extra sides there was a huge selection of traditional cake, cheesecake and puddings as well as every side you could want (and even some I wasn't expecting like falafel)“

Parking: The parking lot was a bit small but I've never seen it be full. There are also many larger parking areas around it in case you come during a busier time“

“If I had more than two thumbs, they’d all be up. We visited Mitchell’s on Thanksgiving day and everything was spot on. The redecorated restaurant looked lovely. Our server was excellent and we’re happy to see some new additions to the menu. Thanks for being available on the holiday. The meal was superb.“

“Small place, nice and clean outside and inside. The portions are perfectly sized, and the pricing is cheap for the quality and quantity of food you get. I usually do the two strip meal which comes with Fry's, house made coleslaw, and two slices of bread for $8.00. You can add drinks and deserts if you'd like. The dessert selection is as big as the regular menu items. The lemon pound cake and cheesecake where phenomenal. The menus has cheese curds, and other deep fried foods that are delicious, I have had the cheese curds.
The seafood selection is also good with a variety of fish to choose from.
I strongly recommend crack chicken for anyone that loves fried foods.“

“Very nice people in here. Always polite and ready to help. They are patient with you and willing to explain any choices or options you may not understand. When you order they immediately start making your order. This can take a few minutes but if you know what you want you can order ahead by phone and have it ready when you show up. Very good selection of food that is prepared well.“

And that seems to have been taken off the menu.However I have also eaten at the other restaurant in this location several times. And as they share the same space I can say a lot about the character of this place.
