“We stopped at Jake’s for dinner on a Friday evening on our way to northern Michigan.
What a great choice we made!
Food was great, service was great and the owner kind and friendly, concerned that we have a good experience! We did on all counts!
Go here, you won’t be disappointed! Nice atmosphere too! Not like a bar or pub, and not stuffy either! Just right! We were able to park right across street from the restaurant and our party of 4 left there feeling very pleased!“

“I was excited to drive by and see this location. The outside is not in perfect condition but inside the store it was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. A lot of things about this visit was nostalgic for me as I used to go to the location at 8 Mile (Detroit) until they closed it years and years ago. Even the flat paper dishes to pump the tartar sauce into and The Malt vinegar was there! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food.“
