Update: In my eyes, they have largely improved the consistency and service. They haven't skimped on the seasoning in the last 5 to 10 visits. Additionally, the staff has been courteous and efficient. The size of the pieces still isn't as large as it was before, but it's definitely better than the micro chicken that you get at the south Lansing location.
