Our family had our first Family Reunion gathering and Carter's catered the event, the food was delicious and Ms Alyssa did not disappoint, we had a wonderful experience! I would recommend Carter's! 110percent satisfaction!!!
Owner is extremely nice and thoughtful, will definitely be coming back based on customer service alone! I was super impressed by all the exotic sauces, never seen anything like it
One of the best soul food spots out there, Eldred the owner and his staff are absolutely incredible people- not only was the atmosphere absolutely fantastic but the food put me in a coma for the next month! 100% will be back next week tho!

The people were very friendly and provided the best service. Customers had cat fish and wings and were the last customer before closing, yet the staff took their time to cook without rushing and satisfied their taste and hunger. The chicken was so succulent and fried so perfectly that it did not even need to be dipped in anything. Everything from the mac and cheese to the cornbread was a delight, and the food is made to order so it is as hot and delicious as possible.
