Saddleback catered our wedding. Brynn was wonderful to work with, her confidence put us at ease and the proportions were perfect. She accommodated my request to include allergen information at the wedding which put guests with allergies at ease. The staff at the wedding were lighthearted and kind, and everyone really enjoyed the food. Thank you so much for all you do and for the wonderful gifts!!
Saddleback Catering is wonderful. Every year they cater a huge Thanksgiving meal for our international students. This year catering coordinator, Brynn, went above and beyond and secured a Halal turkey for our group. The students were so pleased with the food and had nothing but great things to say. Many came back to for 2nd or 3rd helpings. I would recommend their catering to anyone who asked.

I can’t say enough good things about Brynn and the Saddleback BBQ catering team! We hired them to cater a pre-rodeo reception for donors and friends at the MSU Pavilion and couldn’t have been happier with the food.
