I can’t say enough good things about Brynn and the Saddleback BBQ catering team! We hired them to cater a pre-rodeo reception for donors and friends at the MSU Pavilion and couldn’t have been happier with the food. Brynn made the process so easy, from offering suggestions when it came to setting the menu, to setting up the day of, and following up after the event. The food was phenomenal, we had rave reviews from guests, and I personally can’t wait to bring family and friends to Saddleback for dinner so they can experience it as well. This definitely won’t be the last time we hire them for an event!

Saddleback Catering is wonderful. Every year they cater a huge Thanksgiving meal for our international students. This year catering coordinator, Brynn, went above and beyond and secured a Halal turkey for our group. The students were so pleased with the food and had nothing but great things to say. Many came back to for 2nd or 3rd helpings. I would recommend their catering to anyone who asked.

BOOK THEM! Cannot say enough great things about Saddleback BBQ. Found them on The Knot and after the catering manager almost immediately responding to me, my fiancé and I went for a tasting. And the spread was amazing! THE BRISKET, YA’LL. And the Mac and cheese!! They even have amazing options for vegetarians.Brynn, the catering manager is a dream. She was easy to contact through email. Their team was polite and professional. They even gave us a gift basket at the end of the night. :) They answered all my questions and had great recommendations (if you’re unsure).I got compliments all night from our wedding guests about how good the food was; and continued to get compliments days after the wedding!! My husband and I couldn’t wait to get married, but we definitely couldn’t wait for that BBQ! So, so happy! :)

Have always had great food getting take out from Saddleback, but this was my first time using their catering services. The experience was exceptional from the assistance received in picking the menu to suggestions on quantities needed. The pick up process was quick and the order was carefully packaged for transportation. Lastly, the food was wonderful and everyone at the event raved about it.

My wedding was October 1st 2023. We were so happy with Brynn and Saddleback Barbecue! All of our guests were blown away with how tasty the food was. Especially the brisket. All of the servers were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company for your next event!!

We had Saddleback cater our rehearsal dinner and reception dinner for my son and daughter in laws wedding 2 weeks ago. For the rehearsal dinner, we had woodfire pizza truck come to the venue and had all you can eat pizza, breadsticks and salad. Which was delicious and the staff was fantastic to work with!! For the reception we had brisket, pulled pork, mac & cheese, sweet potatoes, cole slaw and corn bread. Our guests could not say enough good about the meal. One guest told me, it was the best wedding meal they had ever had! We would highly recommend this catering company!!

Brynn was amazing to work with as the catering manager at Saddleback! She had answers for questions I didn't knew I had, and knew exactly how to deliver an amazing catering experience all around. The portal that Saddleback uses helps to keep all contracts and communication together and easily in one place, and Brynn was accessible for questions along the way. The workers on the day were professional and did a wonderful job setting up, assisting our guests in the buffet, and tearing down. I would highly recommend Saddleback for any catering event. My personal #1 goal in having them cater our wedding was to not have to feel like I have to micromanage the food. I didn't have to give it a single thought as the pre-event communication made everything run so smoothly. Great job, Saddleback!!

Our Neighborhood Watch board had Saddleback Pizza on Pennsylvania catered for our annual meeting. Our large order was on time and ready for pickup, accurate and Hot & Fresh. Everyone enjoyed the pizza and bread sticks, took multiple slices first time through and even came back for more. Which I have never had happen. Their favorite was the meat lovers and bread sticks (yummy). Thank you again for the great meal, your Awesome Crew that prepared our pizzas on 8/23 and all you do for the community.
