I ordered the Vanilla lite icecream which I have gotten from multiple other cold stones. And it tasted like someone dumped sand in it. Left a super grainy taste in my mouth unfortunately.
The portion is perfect, the ice cream tastes great, and the staff members are friendly
So unpleasant. Ordered mango ice cream, I think it was the wrong flavor because it tasted like chemical-y banana to the point I couldn't finish it, it was also very melted. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the mistake until I was away from the store. I asked them to refund the ice cream and after a manager called me, she said she wouldn't refund because I somehow was not on the security tape?
