“My husband and I live just down the road and decided to check it out for the first time. I don't recommend going here and I will never go back. ordered a Michelob, then when the waitress came back I asked for another beer. 15 minutes later she came back to the table without a beer, so I asked again for a beer, 15 minutes go by again and no beer. It's a bar and you can't even get a beer. I decided to walk up to the other girl and let her know that I had asked twice and ask her if she would bring me a beer. That was a mistake, I wasn't rude at all, she instantly got an attitude with me and says "you didn't ask me, I just came in from outside, then turns and walks away. She did bring me a beer along with an attitude. I apologized (which I shouldn't have even had to do) I let her know I wasn't upset with her at all and the reason I had ask her was because I had already ask the other girl twice. Didn't matter she was still rude. I ordered the nachos and my husband ordered a burger. My chicken nachos were burnt, I didn't even eat a 1/4 of them, you could look at them and tell they were burnt. After I got the beer it wasn't 5 minutes later she asked if we wanted our bill. Yup, bring me the bill because as a General Manager of 20 years, I know you don't treat people like that, clearly felt I wasn't wanted there and the 3 big tables were a priority. If you go with a big group, you'll probably get good service cause its a bigger tip for them. Never again will I go here or recommend to anyone.“

He was readily available to work with me on all the details of venue set-up, choice of food items and their location and display, and made suggestions regarding the overall plan based on his previous experience in these matters. In short, Bryan was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent event planner. From my first meeting with Bryan, I had a positive feeling that the party planning coordination was in very capable hands.“

“I spoke with the owner after picking up my order he helped me carry it to my car since logistically. It’s a little difficult to get to the restaurant, but really appreciated his efforts and all the help you gave me. As a pharmaceutical rep, I order a lot of lunches and sometimes I’m in a crunch and have my customers order something that is downtown pretty much a college bar where kids can walk to was a little difficult for me this morning, but the owner made it very, very convenient and I would definitely patronize his bar anytime. As for Jack, the bartender who I placed the order with he couldn’t have been more condescending and rude on the phone and he needs to change his habits Understanding that other people work there and it’s a livelihood for a lot of other people and every customer like me that you turn off like you did probably wouldn’t come back Thankfully, I had an opportunity to meet the owner who appeared and seemed to be a really great guy, and I wish him nothing but success for his business I wasn’t gonna tip Jack and shove it in his face but instead as I entered the bar there happen to be a nice young lady blonde hair, very bubbly personality and she kind of changed my mind about ripping Jack a new fanny. what Jack has forgotten in all his years of working in restaurants I’m sure is that the customer just wants a pleasant experience and nothing more good food and a pleasant experience that is not what you delivered for me on the phone today. I hope Jack sees this and changes his attitude because he’s definitely a negative force for your business.“

“I recently visited the Graduate Rock Bar after work with some coworkers, and I was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere is killer—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooftop view is definitely a highlight; it’s worth the trip alone. I found it amusing, though, that part of the view overlooks people’s apartments. I couldn’t help but get distracted by one person who spent half an hour cleaning his window—definitely more neurotic than I am!

As for the food and drinks, I ordered the French fries and a local MI Mule. The fries were fantastic—crispy and flavorful. The mule, while well-made, was a bit too sweet for my taste, but that’s more a reflection of my ordering choice than the bar’s offerings. I was thrilled to see white fish salad on the menu, a favorite of my wife’s, and I can’t wait to take her there to try it!

The service was outstanding—quick and friendly, which really enhanced the experience. My only suggestion would be to add some umbrellas for the outdoor seating. It was a sunny day during our visit, and a little shade would have made it even more enjoyable.
