“My BF and I went last weekend and will be back this weekend. The music was great and I am new to the area and made new friends which was a plus too! The drinks are made perfect and for me that's rare lol. Also the bar tenders were very fast and welcoming, DJ played all songs I requested to which was awesome. Is it Saturday night yet? ??“
“I've never had a bad meal at Turk Lake Restaurant & Bar. I live over near Holland but visit regularly when I'm in the area visiting my children. Servers are always friendly and accomodating. I've only had to wait for a seat one time but that was after Central Montcalm HS graduation and we didn't plan ahead. Sunday afternoon I saw and older couple walk in and they stood in shock trying to decide where to sit because the options were apparently too much for them to process. It was either that or the atmosphere at TLR&B was just too awesome to behold.Dietary restrictions: I'm on a low carb diet so the burgers can be ordered bunless with toppings on the side.“
“Langston bar has the best wet burritos! I love ordering extra for lunches after in the week. They will put the veggies separately for you so when you heat the burritos up they do get mushy. The staff is always making sure your drinks are full.“
“I’ve been here many times. It’s a pub… food was good, service was good. Not always a ton of people which is why I come here. I essentially come here to get drunk and have a good time. Mission accomplished! This is my choice when I’m out with the ol lady and she loves coming here too. Some people expect a 5 star cuisine in the reviews…. It’s laughable. It’s a small town pub. No blue haired hippies here for their avocado toast…. lol they can stay in down town Grand Rapids and be offended by everything.“
“10+ years ago, I was coming back from a trip with some friends and we tried to stop here for food but it was too close to closing time for me to push the staff. Instead we drove further into GR and forgot all about it until this weekend, where I found myself sorta lost on those roads less traveled, and found the Clifford Lake Inn. Coming in from the cold, the place welcomes with a warm cozy little bar and live music that was enjoyable. The atmosphere was easygoing and the place a true classic that earned its patina. Bartender was friendly to this stranger and recommended the fish & chips which was delicious. I love finding places like this. Recommended!!!“
“It's very welcoming, I play pool here on a team, and it's not too bad. It's definitely a normal bar. What you would expect. It has two pool tables, three dart boreds, a bar, a couple tables, and popcorn maker self-serve. The locals are friendly. I haven't had the food but I see it being eaten everytime I'm here. My mom has has it never heard a complaint.“
