Rick's, The Riv, The Planet & Bilbos (with the semi frequent Lansing/AA/Kzoo/Detroit/Chicago shows mixed in) was the epicenter of my late 80s to mid 90s youth! But Ricks in particular holds the crown of the place where I've seen the most/some of the best shows in my life. Underground grime-central but great at being exactly that.Lots of open space and a big dance floor. Fun to watch the college kids struggle to dance to the DJ's completely undanceable radio tracks, but worth it just for that.Easy to get in and leave.

Went here for a night out in the beautiful EL and was served by Ella. She went above and beyond by continually providing prompt service always with a smile on her face. Even when my close colleague was lying on the floor she continued to provide great assistance by gathering both waters and mozzarella sticks (10/10) for him. I have since chosen her as my godmother for my 2nd oldest and she has continued to provide amazing service for us all!
