The food is good, however the Crew has messed up our order the last few times. Shorting us a sandwich both times.
I ordered and paid for my food. They swiped my card and told me to pull up. Then they sent two people out to tell me that I didn’t pay. They took my card again and went inside. Just then my bank app informed me that I had paid Culver’s. I went in and asked them not to run my card and showed them my bank app where I had paid. When I got home, they had run my card a second time. I called to have them make it right. They said owners would call me next day. I never heard from...read full review

Based on the reviews, Culver’s is one of the best places in Hastings to go eat. The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. The cheese curds are absolutely godly, and the onion rings and fish are also amazing. The custard tastes great. The service is genuinely really nice, with employees who are friendly, helpful, sweet, and kind. Employees are quick to prepare and deliver food, and orders are always correct. The restaurant, parking lot, and outdoor seating area are always clean. The atmosphere could be better, as country music is always playing in the background. The doors are very heavy and not automatic, which is not handicapped accessible. Overall, this place is really nice, consistently tasty, and reliable.
