I gave a 3 because I ordered a malted and received a shake.. not once but TWICE :/ the 2nd time it happened I tried to call and let them know, but, my call wouldn't go through. the 1st time I just brushed it off as a mistake due to being very busy. Otherwise I would have given a 4-5. The staff are friendly, smiling and seem happy to be working at Culver's, that I can appreciate! Must be a good work environment there! Next time I order a MALT... I come here quite often, and the food and service is usually amazing! However, I just picked up a curbside order for a salad, and discovered a ladybug in it when I opened it. Disgusting. Threw my whole salad away. Just wanted to write a review to let the workers know to double check the food before sending it out. Please make sure there are no bugs!!! I was at the Culver's today and it was great. The food was great. I got 3 Deluxes for my family and I and they were very good. The employees were so nice and helpful! They were very cheerful too.
