I was at the Culver's today and it was great. The food was great. I got 3 Deluxes for my family and I and they were very good. The employees were so nice and helpful! They were very cheerful too. My little brother and I both went in there. The staff was so friendly to both my brother and I even though we were both nervous. We usually go out dining with our family but it was just him and I today. They eased our nerves and made ordering and receiving the food easy. I especially liked the waitress. She brought the food out to my brother and I with a smile. She made us feel like we were guests at her home. We will be coming back. Thank you so much Culver's for having such great employees. We loved the service.

I really like this place and would give it a 5 star rating but every time I order my concrete mixer, the order is wrong. Don't know how that is possible, it's a pity.
Always quick and good food. We use the order online curdside pick up fairly often.

I gave a 3 because I ordered a malted and received a shake.. not once but TWICE :/ the 2nd time it happened I tried to call and let them know, but, my call wouldn't go through. the 1st time I just brushed it off as a mistake due to being very busy. Otherwise I would have given a 4-5. The staff are friendly, smiling and seem happy to be working at Culver's, that I can appreciate! Must be a good work environment there! Next time I order a MALT... I come here quite often, and the food and service is usually amazing! However, I just picked up a curbside order for a salad, and discovered a ladybug in it when I opened it. Disgusting. Threw my whole salad away. Just wanted to write a review to let the workers know to double check the food before sending it out. Please make sure there are no bugs!!! Wasted my money and it’s too far for me to drive and pick up something different.**EDIT** I posted this review a few weeks ago, just wanted to change it from 2 stars to 3
It tasted like Culvers! Lol I don't crave their food but it tasted like what you'd expect of Culvers if you've had it.
