This is was my first time placing an order through door dash with them and I am very sensitive to gluten and I made the mistake by thinking I ordered “regular gluten free” but instead ordered white bread. I quickly called and the employees were quick to help and fixed my order when door-dash didn’t have that option. Yet another restaurant that ignores take out orders over people in the restaurant. I placed my order 15 minutes prior to arriving. When I arrived I was told it was coming. And then I stood there 7 minutes while they prepared the subs for the 2 people in line who just ordered as I arrived. So what is the point in taking orders online? I could have driven there and got in line and been more valued as a customer. And no apologies for my wait. They just tossed my order up on the pickup...read full review
