Drove over 2 hours to try Freddy’s Steakburgers - my son had been there before. Gotta say it was worth the drive, the burgers were fabulous (and the fries & custard didn’t disappoint) plus a great road trip with my kids. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean.
Enjoyed their spicy chicken and shoe string fries.
Exceptional cheese curds 😋

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a restaurant that offers delicious, freshly made food with a variety of options. The burgers are highly praised for their juiciness and taste, with some comparing them to a mix between Culver's and Steak and Shake. The restaurant is known for its crispy edged smash burgers and shoe string fries, which many customers find to be some of the best take-out burgers around. Other menu items such as fries, onion rings, cheese curds, and frozen custard have also received positive comments for their quality. The cheese curds with Freddy's sauce on the side are considered a real treat. The restaurant offers outdoor seating, frozen custard, and "pup cups" for canine companions. Service tends to be friendly, and many customers enjoy the good food and the best burger they’ve had compared to other fast-food places like Sonic and Culver’s. Visitors also appreciate the special offers, such as a free concrete shake when downloading the app. Despite some complaints about cleanliness in the bathrooms and occasional issues with drive-thru service, including slow orders and missing items, many customers express their desire to return for more of Freddy’s offerings.
