“I was there today at about 12:30. There were two young ladies working and it was quite busy. They moved very quickly and efficiently and were both very friendly. The one who made my sub suggested another dressing for mine because they are no longer using the sweet onion sauce. It was a great suggestion because the sub was delicious.Fantastic service!“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“Stopped by Boardwalk Subs and had a really good experience overall. The front area was clean, and the bathroom was okay and kept up, which is always a good sign for a restaurant. The servers were really nice and welcoming, and they made ordering easy.
The food was great and the portions were generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. One cool tip if you go: “run it through the garden” is the secret code for getting all the veggies on your sub, which made the sandwich even better.
Overall, it was a solid visit with good service, clean surroundings, and satisfying food. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area. 👍🥪“

“So I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs and I’ve got mixed emotions… like my sandwich had commitment issues but still showed up.
First off, the sandwich itself? Absolutely solid. Bread had that perfect “I was baked today and I’m proud of it” energy. Meat was piled high like it was training for the Olympics. The guy behind the counter was basically a sandwich DJ—slicing, stacking, and seasoning with confidence I wish I had in my life decisions.
Now the 4-star part: I blinked and suddenly my “regular” sub was $17. I didn’t even argue because the sandwich made direct eye contact with me and I panicked.
Also, I asked for extra mayo and I think I got enough to moisturize a small village.
Final verdict: I’d go back tomorrow, but I’d bring a financial advisor and maybe a support group. Still worth it. Just don’t look at the receipt too long.“

“It felt like the Bahn Mi shop I used to go to in Australia. I can't really rate the food as I was not able to eat it. I am used to them putting chilli's on the sandwich. I would just take them off, B&N seem to have the heat in the pickling juice the vegetables were pickled in. The orginal flavor I got was amazing, then my taste buds ran away. So be warned. Ask and don't assume if you can't handle spicey.“

“We were in late yesterday to pick up a couple subs for a late dinner.we noticed how polite & helpful daman made my sub.Even made us laugh a bit. The Subway restaurant on Baldwin (in hudsonville) must be under different management... they always are out of ingredients (including bread options) and the service is so so. I would only visit the Baldwin location if presured for time.“

But these sandwiches, specifically when made by Alec, are life changing. The ingredients, the ratios, the THICKNESS, girl I can't even. DO NOT SLEEP ON THESE SANDWICHES! The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly". *edited* The store handled the situation. The delivery driver took pictures for the Manger on Duty. The M.O.D. called the GM all before I could make my way up to the store. I'm told that '"human" was fired, was not the only issue with said employee. The GM did call me, I have not yet returned his call and will in the future after. Just got busy today. I could tell everyone was sorry and embarrassed that we have to have this conversation“

“My wife and I wanted Subway for dinner, but have had poor experiences with our closest store (Grandville). We decided to go to this 28th St. store. I had The Boss, and my wife had the Garlic Roast Beef. Both were really good! The service was good also. I wanted to point out that there was a young man behind the counter that obviously was in training. That's OK, everyone goes through the learning process. What stood out was that even though he was new, he greeted us with a smile, and asked what he could get started for us. Well done young man, I'm sure do a great job!“

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! We now look forward to coming here! Every time we are here she goes above and beyond! THANK YOU!!“
