“I was there today at about 12:30. There were two young ladies working and it was quite busy. They moved very quickly and efficiently and were both very friendly. The one who made my sub suggested another dressing for mine because they are no longer using the sweet onion sauce. It was a great suggestion because the sub was delicious.Fantastic service!“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“So I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs and I’ve got mixed emotions… like my sandwich had commitment issues but still showed up.
First off, the sandwich itself? Absolutely solid. Bread had that perfect “I was baked today and I’m proud of it” energy. Meat was piled high like it was training for the Olympics. The guy behind the counter was basically a sandwich DJ—slicing, stacking, and seasoning with confidence I wish I had in my life decisions.
Now the 4-star part: I blinked and suddenly my “regular” sub was $17. I didn’t even argue because the sandwich made direct eye contact with me and I panicked.
Also, I asked for extra mayo and I think I got enough to moisturize a small village.
Final verdict: I’d go back tomorrow, but I’d bring a financial advisor and maybe a support group. Still worth it. Just don’t look at the receipt too long.“

“its hard finding a nice little shop like this, most places that try to serve quick Vietnamese food don’t do very well. Lots of the quick shops are highly white washed and over Americanized as well as over priced portions. Now I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and it truly is the best place for authentic Vietnamese foods, many on-the-go options to choose from! Especially when it’s good, nicely portioned and affordable, it’s hard to not love it here :)

“They're extremely friendly here. Every time I have gone here was a a good experience. The food was always good. The vegetables were fresh and tasty. I know that pretty much all Subways are the same, taste wise, but they're nice and friendly here and I was in and out fairly fast. The cons would be that there isn't many good places to sit. One row of booths is the same walk way as the people ordering their subs. Which kinda makes it uncomfortable/awkward when you're trying to eat and random people are just standing right beside you. And that's all I could say that was a con for this Subway. The seating was minimal.“

“I like JJ but not enough to eat it frequently. But after working nearby I get it almost everyday. What got me is how they prepare it. You get every single component in every bite. What kind of ruined it for me is most locations just stuff it with meat and you have to work your way through to the mayo, jimmy peppers etc.. but here everything is balanced. I know this is just a chain fast food shop, but wow does it make a difference and I look forward to my lunches now. Just to further support this review, last Saturday I ate the Cubano at the location near 44th and Eastern. Couldn’t eat it after couple bites, just too much meat and had to take so many bites to reach the other toppings I requested. Ordered the Cubano here today.. finished it..“

“Everything i expect at a Subway restaurant. Staff was fun, efficient and made good recommendations. This is my go to Sunday location in Hudsonville. I recommend this location.

The Subway restaurant on Baldwin (in hudsonville) must be under different management... they always are out of ingredients (including bread options) and the service is so so. I would only visit the Baldwin location if presured for time.“

“When I arrived it appeared no one was working there. I almost thought they were closed, then I saw a young lady sitting down doing nothing. She gets up and doesn't say anything to take my order. So I call out my order and it gets made and she hands it to me, doesn't say thank you or have a good day or you're welcome after I thanked her. I just found it off putting customer service wise. The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly". *edited* The store handled the situation. The delivery driver took pictures for the Manger on Duty. The M.O.D. called the GM all before I could make my way up to the store. I'm told that '"human" was fired, was not the only issue with said employee. The GM did call me, I have not yet returned his call and will in the future after. Just got busy today. I could tell everyone was sorry and embarrassed that we have to have this conversation“

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! We now look forward to coming here! Every time we are here she goes above and beyond! THANK YOU!!“
