Jersey Mike's Subs offers a mix of experiences. Many praise the best in class service, very clean environment, and outstanding customer service and friendliness. The freshest veggies and rosemary Parmesan bread are mentioned. One customer received a meal for FREE after the system crashed. Another had a pick up order remade the next day with a smile. The food is great and always 10/10 for some, who call it their go to spot. Staff have remade a sub without cheese at no extra cost due to an allergy and gave the 6 in sub with cheese at no charge. However, others report terrible customer service, wrong orders, and missing chips. One may still drive to the Byron Center Ave location instead.
