It's small but you know it actually was pretty decent. The pizza was made excellent and the customer service was really friendly. But if I'm in Grand Rapids and I'm going to get Pizza Hut I'd rather come here. Will definitely make a return visit.
Food was good and the person who took our order was great but the delivery driver was rude. I got a call from an Illinois number so I didn’t answer and then got a voicemail “it’s your delivery driver for your delivery” and that’s all. As I go to call back, there’s a knock on the door and we immediately go to grab the order. Once we opened it, he said “if you order delivery, answer your phone”. 4 or 5 employees working in the back and they saw 4 customer enter and left us standing in the lobby for a good bit before a young girl came out and helped. As soon as someone comes in a little acknowledgement or "Hello! Be right there with you!" Would improve your customers experience. This was Sunday 1/28/24 between 4-4:30
