This Jersey Mike's exemplifies best in class service. Very clean environment. Outstanding customer service and friendliness. The freshest veggies I've seen in a Jersey Mike's. RICKY and I had a wonderful experience! 😊
Service & staff was impeccable! Very friendly, was greeted upon entering. System crashed as I was checking out and the manager(I believe his name is Mack) gave me my meal for FREE!
Not to mention they had rosemary Parmesan bread. I will be going to this location from here on out! Keep up the good work guys. Superb customer service is hard to come by these days!

Food is great, but both times I've gone into the location the customer service has been terrible! I was so excited to have a Jersey Mike's over here, but I may still continue to drive to the Byron Center Ave location instead.
