Ordered delivery, 45 minutes, no food. Called, they said they delivered. Not to our house! They remade the order and delivered it in 15 minutes. My husband ordered the club - one little piece of lettuce, no ham, a bit of turkey and some cheese. My sandwich was correct. Not worth the money. or the price!
Ordered some sandwiches for my family. My daughters sandwich had a large dark hair in it. I called and spoke to Erika who told me that the only thing they could do is make the sandwich again (🤮) or give me a credit for the sandwich at the same restaurant that alreadyleft a hair in our food. Why would I want another dirty sandwich??? When questioned further she hung up on me. Lovely customer service. Don’t order from here unless you want added nasty extras in your food
