Excellent customer service considering being short staffed. This place is getting busy again, and they need to do something to handle the volume. I have been to the one in Kalamazoo (on West Main), and it's a beautiful brand new building. I was told the franchise owner of that one owns this one (don't know if it's true). I had such a great experience thanks to Mandy! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. She was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful—especially when I couldn’t decide what to order. Mandy offered suggestions that ended up being spot on!
