It wasn't a big enough deal to go back, but we asked for an Arby's sauce cup and specifically no tomatoes on the chicken sandwich. Didn't get the sauce and there were tomatoes. We also waited a solid 7-8 minutes with nobody else ordering in the drive-thru. I used to work closing shift at McDonald's so I know mistakes happen and people forget things, but when there's only one order on-screen and you still mess up, there's hardly any excuse. Just check your bags before driving off.
Hasn't been to an Arby's is awhile, long while. Had a craving for a roast beef sandwich. I ordered a beef and cheddar and it was a huge mistake. Not enough meat, put together poorly. Seemed more like the sandwich had sat around too long. Cheese had soaked into bread already, that's how old. Will not return to this location again. Quality food, always. Relatively slow given only 1 car ahead of me. Would not honor a Red Wings promo with a score shown on my phone, required a printed copy of a box score (first Arby's to even ask me for proof). Drive thru cashier was drinking a milkshake as he served customers. Good shakes, but, haha.
