Went in at 825pm and ordered the #13 extra large. Team members were all friendly and smiling. Two people behind the counter and one person in the lobby sweeping up literal crumbs. The place was absolutely spotless, freaky clean, front and back of house as far as you could see. My food came fast, accurate and delicious. 10/10 will come back to your outstanding location.
You know, it's Jimmy John's.They were freaky fast. However, I had a very specific and special situation and everyone behind the counter was overwhelmingly accommodating. Thank you. (Remember the Sabbath)

I usually have amazing service at this location both through the drive thru and inside. However, I stopped by tonight at 9:05pm since Google told me they’re open until 10pm. I saw 2 employees inside and no one answered the drive thru window and they looked like they were closing down the shop about an hour earlier than their listed hours. Needless to say I was pretty bummed.
