Witnessed the manager, Shelly, walk out on the team. I arrived for my order and you could hear the manager screaming at everyone and telling them to use burned pizzas for orders. Everyone in the lobby was told they had to wait 40 extra minutes for their orders. A female customer ended up asking for a refund because she couldn't wait the extra time for her order.
